The payment terms are as follows: 50% payment is due at reservation and the 50% balance (2nd payment) is due 60 days prior to arrival, as per my policy. The property is situated on the east end with stunning views of St. John and Christmas Cove. The views are among the very best on the entire east end of the island. The beach is gorgeous and has 2 awesome restaurants, Caribbean Fish Market, rated among the best on the island and has a fantastic Sunday brunch. Boating and all snorkeling equipment rentals and excursions are available.The location provides magnificent breezes (typically) from St. John and is only 5 minutes drive to Red Hook town: Many restaurants, shopping and 2 ferries (passenger & car barge) are right there for easy access to St. John. The condo is stocked with high, new kitchen, New A/C, 2 tempre-pedic King mattresses, blackout shades, and morer! My housekeeper-co-host and maintenance is on premises for all needs.
