Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel.

If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival:

1) Authorization letter with cardholder's signature

2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)

Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.

For any changes to the reservation, guests are required to inform the property at least 7 working days prior to check-in.

According to the requirements under Vietnamese law, clients must present their Identification Papers/ Passport and Birth Certificate (for children) of each passenger in the group at check-in.

In the absence of birth certificates for children, Guests and Tour Operator agree that children’s ages will be converted from their heights, specifically:

For child under 100 cm, his/her converted age is under 4 years

For child under 140 cm, his/her converted age is between 4 and 12 years

For child 140 cm or taller, his/her converted age is above 12 years

Guests are responsible for checking the room furnishing and facilities, foods or drinks in minibar upon check-in and check-out as per regulations of the resort.

Full-board meals will begin with dinner on the day of check-in, and end with lunch on the day of check-out. Should you wish to have lunch on your arrival date instead of departure date, please inform the property at least 5 days in advance. This meal-change option is only available for arrival before 13:00 and departure before 12:00. Changing meal options on arrival day is not possible.

When booking 9 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Înainte de sosire se solicită plata prin transfer bancar. După ce faceți rezervarea, proprietatea vă va trimite instrucțiuni.
