The fine print
Please note that the name of the guest on booking confirmation must be the same name as the credit card holder.
Guest must present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. The hotel will collect a new payment if guests did not present their credit card upon check-in.
If a prepaid reservation encounters a credit card decline, a new credit card should be received within 24 hours or will result in a reservation cancelled.
