Advanced registration for all guests are required. Please provide all passport information (full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number) at least 48 hours before departure. You can use the Special Request box during the booking process, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.

Due to local regulations, guests who fail to provide the above-mentioned information may not be allowed to be on board.

Pick up points:

- Private transfers offer pick-up at any hotel within Hanoi.

- Shuttle bus transfers offer pick-ups at the hotels within Hanoi's Old Quarter only.

- Shuttle bus transfers for guests staying in hotels not within the Old Quarter offer pick-ups at No 52 Le Dai Hanh street, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi. Guests are advised to arrive at the lobby of the building no later than 08:30.

Second and last check-in/boarding time at 12:30 will be done via tender boat (with an extra charge of USD 160). No embarkation is allowed thereafter.

Guests are strongly advised to arrive at the harbor before 12:15 to avoid late check-in charges.
