I enjoy traveling to different places and meeting new people, furthermore, I understand the feeling of having a nice place to stay when you are away from home. And I am very glad to assist you during your stay in Saigon Ho Chi Minh City. Come and stay with us, you are offered a comfortable, quiet, tidy and well-rested place so that you can restore your health after a long trip or fully enjoy your holiday in Vietnam. In addition, for every three night stay, we supply new towels (bath and swimming) and do cleaning for free.

THE SAIGON ROYAL Residence is a brand new building which was just opened in Dec 2018. The location is great with apartments, studios, restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores nearby along Bach Dang riverside. The building is very close to the city center (only 0.4 km to walking tourist Nguyen Hue street), only 0,8 km to 5 - 6 star hotels like: Caravelle, Sheraton, Lotte Legend, Hilton, Riverie ... only 0.8 km to the CityHall and to Bui Vien walking street - Pham Ngu Lao street ( 1.5 km) where is popular for beer clubs, bars and street food. Moreover, the outdoor edge pool and the gym center are offered for free. We wish you a wonderful time in Vietnam and thank you for choosing us.

Neighbourhood information

The Wharf habour is nearby 0.2 km, the oppsite side of the Bach Dang river is the City finance center, War and history museums, Chill sky bar... With elevator's card, you can go to the rooftop of the building, enjoy the beautiful garden, BBQ, the whole city within your eyes. In some special days of the country, you can see the fireworks closed near by. With elevator's card, you can go swimming pool and gym. Host will give cards to you for free.
