Staying at our apartment means you are next to everything you need for an urban holiday. 1. Check in: 4pm Check out 10am 2. Occupancy limit: maximum 5 guests. 3. Noise policy: guests must refrain from making excessive noise that may disturb neighbours especially during late hours this includes loud music, parties or any disruptive behaviour. Quite hours are observed from 8pm to 7am to ensure a peaceful environment. 4. Smoking policy: smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. 5. Security and safety: for safety reasons and security of all guests please ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the apartment. 6. Damages and losses: guests are responsible for any damage or losses incurred during their stay. Any broken or missing items will be charged to the guests credit card on file. 7. Cleaning and maintenance: the apartment will be cleaned before each guest’s arrival. Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness during their stay and are responsible for washing dishes, taking out the trash and leaving the apartment in tidy condition as they received it upon check out . 8. Guest conduct: all guests are expected to conduct themselves and n a respectful and courteous manner towards other guests neighbours and staff members. Any behaviour that disturbs the peace or violates the property rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
