3-bedroom condo with an office space, spacious living room with a kitchen corner, 2 separate balconies and 2 bathrooms; located 5 minutes away from the Skenderbeg Monument located in the city center, as well as a 2 minute walk to the City Park. Two supermarkets are within 50m distance as well as easy access to the city's nightlife around the center, giving you the optimal Prishtina experience. No smoking within the building, excluding the balconies.
Located next to the 4 Llullat Mosque, the condo offers one of the more quiet areas around the city center. As it is a family dominated neighborhood, there's very minimal noise pollution, coupled with the local bakeries, cafés, the nearby City Park and it's ease of access to the city center provides our guests with a perfect balance of a quiet, peaceful home experience and the ease of access to the Prishtina night life.
