La Gratitude 13 is a well designed and spacious 250 sq meter property in the heart of Stellenbosch offering accommodation for up to 6 guests, with a garden and barbecue facilities. Centrally situated in Dorp Street it is with in walking distance to all restaurants, shops ,bars, cafes and tourist attractions. 100 meters from Oom Samie se Winkel. 13 La Gratitude Luxury Apartment is close to Stellenbosch University. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The spacious villa with a terrace and garden views features 3 bedrooms all with full en-suite bathrooms and crisp white linen. 2 Living rooms, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 3.5 bathrooms with a walk-in shower. Featuring air conditioning and a fireplace. The property has an outdoor dining area. Here you can relax after a day of exploring all the surrounding areas and towns. The nearest airport is Cape Town International Airport, 24 km from the villa. This is our guests favourite part of Stellenbosch, according to independent reviews.
13 La Gratitude is my favorite property. At the moment I am staying in Namibia, I love to visit Stellenbosch, staying in the heart of town and exploring all nearby shops, restaurants and attractions by foot.
You are situated in the heart of Stellenbosch but still very private and quiet in a small security gated estate. All of the top favorite restaurants are within walking distance of the apartment. Walking distance from all attractions in town. The Stellenbosch Golf Course is 3 km away, Heidelberg Golf Club is 17 km from the villa and Boschenmeer Golf Course is 30 km away.
