公司簡介
I am passionate about contributing to the community and am a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow and am an active member of the Gordon's Bay Business Association and Gordon's Bay Tourism. I feel it is my patriotic 'ambassadorial' duty to help guests have a wonderful experience, not only at 185 on BEACH but in the Cape and in the rest of South Africa. I am enthusiastic and can be quite chatty! I strive to achieve the best I can. I believe in training and uplifting my staff and reward them for their efforts so that they feel they are a part of the success of the business. I believe it is my duty to try to help anyone whom I can.
住宿資訊
With romantic views directly onto the waves from our private suites are ideal for romantic getaway, honeymoons and celebrations, a business trip or a small family. As our largest suite offers beds for 4 people, plus perhaps 2 children on pull-out beds ( if you are economising), larger groups would need to book additional suites. We can assist with your suite choice and we send yhou a link to our website so you can check all features. We are regularly improving the facilities - so guests get the best value possible and so we can feel proud of what is offered. We are so only meters from the sea so when you look at photos try to also imagine the sound of waves and the fragrance of the sea! Guests have commented that "any closer to the sea and you would be on a yacht!" Guests love that they can walk along the sea shore to the beach and some restaurants beyond. Especially South Africans will recognise the name 'Loring'. Yes Richard Loring, the multi-award-winning singer, actor and theatre producer, is my husband ... and he keeps his 'quality control eye' on the business! We are proud of our staff - most have been with us for 10 years and longer. They are friendly, try their best to ensure guests' pleasure and they are honest - here you can feel safe!

Gordon's Bay is a quaint village, central in the Cape, so it is and ideal base for holiday-makers who want everything - to enjoy the tourist spots, the nature reserves, Winelands and seaside adventures and still have access to tourist spots in the city. The Whale Route to Hermanus has been voted the most beautiful in the world! The village is casual and relaxed so guests love to unwind before or after an 'exhausting' holiday! We look north over the sea (perhaps unique in SA) so we enjoy the glorious sunshine year round. Also we are protected from the cold north-west wind, thus Gordon's Bay can be several degrees warmer that central Cape Town in winter, which we call our 'secret season. We are protected from the worst of the South East Wind by Bikini Beach Cove. The False Bay Sea is warmer than in Cape Town and some bays are shallow - ideal for young families or mature guests to 'wallow'. Beside relaxing activities - golf, spa, wining and dining and lazing in the sun, there are MANY adventurous activities - from zip-lining, horseriding, kayaking, mountain biking and hiking - gentle or challenging - and many more. These diverse activities means that it is best to hire a care for adventuring - taxi services can be expensive and slow. We enjoy the wonderful freedom of safety in 'gorgeous' Gordon's Bay.
