A Beautiful 2 bedroom unit with 1 full bathroom Incl bath and shower. This unit is set on a secure residential property 150m from the beach that has a lovely swimming area and granny pools for the kids to play. we have a restaurant and small convenience store 50m away, and shopping malls 4km away. Ballito central is only 5 minutes away with many restaurants to choose from, movies and all the large retail stores. 1 road down is Ocean rd that leads to all the seaside restaurants and main beaches.
