The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor, on a quiet street, inside a gated complex. should you wish you could use the lift to get up to the third floor. It is a short 550metre walk to Jeffreys bay main beach, 500 meters to the shell museum and local restaurant's, pubs and many other attractions. The unit has a smart TV, uncapped Wi-Fi, Fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom which consists of a shower, bath toilet and wash basin. ⭐Come and enjoy a quiet relaxing and unforgettable beach Holiday⭐ The Bedroom Have a relaxing nights sleep in this snug queen sized bed, fitted with percale linen. Ample storage space and a safe to lock your valuables in. The Lounge Comfortable couch can be used as a double bed for the kids Free uncapped Wi-fi Automatic light for those load-shedding schedules Smart tv including Netflix, you can stream your own personal DSTV / Preferred subscription The Parking Safe off-street parking 1 x Free secure dedicated undercover parking inside the property The Patio Table with 4 chairs ,⭐ WITH VIEWS OF THE OCEAN⭐ WE ARE NOT A SERVICED APARTMENT Things to Note There is a breakage deposit of R800 payable by EFT prior to your arrival, this will be refunded subject to an inspection been done.
