Luxurious 4-bedroom house with 4 spacious bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, inverter and a spacious living area. The open-plan layout seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living spaces, with sliding doors providing natural light and ocean views. The well-furnished interior exudes elegance and comfort. BOOKING POLICY: No last minute or same day bookings. New bookings can be accepted by latest 12pm the day prior to check-in. Your booking form MUST be submitted to us by latest 12pm the day prior to check-in with all the correct information along with ID copies of all guests 16 years and older. Late form submissions, additions and/or changes to a booking will result in your access being delayed. DAMAGE PROTECTION This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R800 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R10,000 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R7,500 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking. Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. NOTE: This property has a no visitor policy (only registered guests will have access). No boats or jetskis. Ubers/Taxis are not permitted to transport you around the estate (only for an arrival or departure pick-up). No smoking is allowed inside, and no hubbly bubbly is allowed at any time. No parties, events or chefs/masseuses/etc. We require all outstanding processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350 In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply.
