The apartment has free dedicated undercover parking and has 24-hour security and access control. This fully air-conditioned apartment comes with modern decor and a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. There is also an open-plan dining and lounge area with free WiFi, satellite TV, Netflix and Showmax. Guests can relax on the huge balcony, which has BBQ facilities and tasteful outdoor furniture. An AIRFRYER has been added ,for your convenience. The apartment is conveniently located across the road from a supermarket , pizzeria and surfshop . King Shaka International Airport can be reached within less than 30 minutes. Guest staying LONGER THAN 3 DAYS,RECEIVE A SURPRISE GIFT.
We bought the apartment as our own holiday retreat as we loved visiting each year. We live in Gauteng and want rent it out as a holiday let, so other guests can also enjoy this beautiful view and location on the MAIN BEACH.
Ballito is a 20 minute drive from King Shaka International Airport. It is part of the Dolphin Coast, a beautiful stretch of coastline spanning Zimbali, Ballito, Shakas Rock, Salt Rock and Sheffield Beach. There are a number of modern shopping centres in and around Ballito, as well as the Gateway shopping centre in Umhlanga Rocks, less than 30 minutes to the south. One of the best private hospitals in the country is situated in Ballito itself. Top notch and great value restaurants abound, a number of them within walking distance of the apartment. A beautiful 3km long boardwalk passes directly by the complex, all along the beachfront, passing some of the best swimming beaches and rock pools along the north coast. The MAIN BEACH in front of the complex is a popular surfing spot that hosts one of the country's most prestigious surfing competitions every July. Other outdoor activities in the area include microlight flights, adventure activities like zip-lining and snorkelling safaris.
