More parking in front of garages at lower level of the property and then up 1 flight of steps to 2 bedrooms and another flight of steps to the rest of the house. Strictly no parties. Zero tolerance. Strictly no loud noise after 10pm else R5000 fine or removed from the property. No more than 12 occupants on this property. Maximum 3 vehicles allowed at this property. This property has a noise level monitor installed. The house is fully alarmed and has reaction unit for your protection.
