The area has a number of top wine and olive estates (Saronsberg, Montpellier, Manley, Morgansvlei, De Oude Drostdy, Rijks, Twee Jonge Gezellen, Theuniskraal, Lemberg, Oudekloof, Waverly Hills and Oakhurst). During the winter some of the surrounding mountains are snow covered and we are only 38 km away from the Matroosberg Nature reserve & mountains. The Wolseley/Tulbagh area has a number of walking and mountain bike trails. The town of Ceres offers a number of activities (zip line, golf, tennis, Togryers museum, Fynbos nature reserve). The Historic town of Tulbagh has an earthquake museum, horse trails, Waterval nature reserve, historic Church street houses and restaurants)
