After a very busy professional life in France and Switzerland. I decided to settle down in South Africa. I choose this Kalahari area because of its amazing beauty, peace and tranquility. To keep myself connected with the outside world, I opened a La Fugue" guesthouse 19 years ago and enjoy fully the interesting interaction with people from all over the world

“à La Fugue” Guesthouse, peaceful retreat set in a beautiful tropical garden with mature trees, salted pool and thatched roof gazebo. Bungalows & bedrooms, decorated in euro-African style, are named after great composers: ”Rossini” is a wooden chalet with one bedroom and a private bathroom; “Mozart” is a studio bungalow with en suite bedroom & private bathroom and “Vivaldi” a two bed room’s family bungalow sharing a bathroom. Chalet and bungalows are self contained and have television, air-conditioning, heating and barbecue facilities. “Chopin” and “Bach” are double bedrooms in the main house, with private bathrooms, television, air-conditioning, heating and tea & coffee tray. Breakfast-brunch available every morning. Evening dinner on request by arangement. Secure parking. French, English and German spoken. Free wi-fi
