Comfortable fully furnished 2 bedroomed house on the Fish Hoek mountainside directly above the beach with spectacular views of the ocean and mountains. Sunny, warm and light-filled rooms with balcony, secure garage, terraced garden, communal swimming pool and barbeque area. Close to Cape Point Game Reserve, the famous penguin colony, one of the most beautiful golf courses in the Cape, and the Constantia winelands.

The owners, Felicity and Peter, have recently taken over as hosts of the property and we would love to share our special place with you.

The famous Boulders penguin colony, Cape Point Nature Reserve and Constantia winelands are all within a 30 minute drive from the house. One of Cape Town's most beautiful golf courses lies in Clovelly across the valley, and the buzzing Kalk Bay shops, bars and restaurants are just around the corner. Cape Town centre, the V&A waterfront, Table Mountain and Stellenbosch wine estates are about a 40 minute drive away.
