Our cottage is perfect for couples, friends, business travellers or small family since a single bed can be added in the lounge on request which provides sleeping space for 1 child. . The cottage is fully furnished with a queen bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully fitted with Stove, Microwave, Cupboards, Fridge with all other kitchen necessities. Welcome snacks, tea’s, coffees and milk, etc. Relax in the lounge with Netflix or stream via preconnected fibre or next to our beautiful pool and braai facilities. We will be expecting you. The cottage is a self-catering facility with all basic kitchen utensils for e.g. pots, cups, glasses, cloths etc. and our guest have free access to the external laundry room. We wish for our travellers to feel at home so whatever we can do to make their stay comfortable we will gladly assist.
Avril & Franklin’s are two young professionals staying on the property with our kids. We are looking forward to welcoming you to our home.
Avril & Franklin’s Garden Cottage is spacious, comfortable, clean, secure and situated within walking distance from Design Quarter and Monte Casino. Fourways Mall, Dainfern Square, Bryanston and Sandton business area and restaurants are all within a stone’s throw and you’ll enjoy easy access to the Gautrain Bus Station, OR Tambo and Lanseria Airports and the N1 freeway. You'll enjoy staying with us because of the beautiful ambiance and comfort our garden cottage provides, securely located in a boomed area, with 24hr offsite surveillance camera monitoring.
