This architect-designed home has two air conditioned bedrooms; one with an extra length Queen size bed, and the other with a choice of an extra length King size or two ¾ twin beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with heated towel rails, and black out curtains to ensure maximum comfort. Both bedrooms have direct access to the veranda and garden and are equipped with 100% Percale cotton bed linen, bath towels, swimming towels, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a hob & oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and even an Air-fryer. All kitchen essentials are provided for your convenience. There is a separate scullery & laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The lounge has comfortable seating, a large smart TV with streaming services and a sound system. The separate dining room has a French style table with seating for 6 people. There is a large private back garden with a partially covered patio, hot tub, BBQ (braai) facilities and outdoor furniture. The house is on a small estate with another home and business; only the driveway and main gate are shared.
