The apartment is furnished, with outside patio furniture and a braai (BBQ) on the balcony. It has a spacious en-suite bathroom off the main bedroom and a shared bathroom for bedroom 2 and 3. There are new toilets and basins in each bathroom, freshly repainted, and new stainless steel bathroom fittings. You will love coming home to a fresh and clean space. The complex offers 24-hour security and an electric fence, as well as a pool for our guests to enjoy. The unit has two parking bays numbered 70, one covered and one open, making it easy to park your vehicles. The apartment is fibre connected with a streaming TV connection. We have found that some guests book for less people than the number that actually arrive at the property. In most cases we are not informed of the additional people. For this reason bedrooms are only unlocked and made available according to the number of guests booked. Should you book for 2 guests that are not a couple intending to share a bedroom please advise us so that we can unlock a second bedroom.
