Thesen island is a very sort after holiday destination, centrally situated and offers the following: tennis courts, squash courts, children's play area, beach, maze, mini golf. Thesen Harbour Town is a short walk and has very good restaurants and boutique shops. The famous ile de pain is in Thesen Harbour Town and is fantastic for bakes and breakfast/lunch. I moved down from Johannesburg about 28 years ago and love Knysna.
