A stylish, recently updated, non smoking 2 bedroom apartment (1 double bedroom and an open bunk bedroom for children) on the 4th floor of a 1990s, popular beachfront block with some sea views and gorgeous garden views. Convenient location - directly opposite Willard Beach - it's perfect for an affordable family holiday, weekend getaway, or solo surfing retreat. A 100m stroll to the beach, restaurants, spas, and shops - no need to drive! 24-hour security, secure parking & an elevator for convenience. Everything you need: plentiful barbeque/braai areas in the gardens, a spacious garden for kids to play, and sparkling pools!
I am an online English teacher to international students as well as being a host of a self catering property. Having lived abroad for several years, we are happy to be back home and loving making things work here where family is. I love meeting new people and and love hosting visitors from near and far!
Ballito ranges from being a hive of activity to a quiet, laid back 'small town'. We have the best Blue Flag beach (Willards) just a stone's throw from the apartment with regular water testing ensuring open beaches and clean drinking water, a stunning promenade for early morning or late afternoon walks and runs with at least 2 coffee stop places along the way! Cuisine choices abound - ranging from seafood extravaganzas at Mozambique to the best breakfast view at Kuta Kola, not to mention burgers at Surfriders, Greek delicacies at Nikos and yummy pastas at El Pescatore, to name but a few! For the fitness conscious, there are a host of gyms including Virgin Active, cycling trails at Holla and padel courts aplenty. Shopping at Ballito Junction and Lifestyle centre never disappoints, and, of course movies and a game centre with go karting too for rainy day entertainment for the kiddos. Come and enjoy our little peace of heaven!
