It can never get old sipping on your favourite drink of choice for every sunset over the ocean. Located in a secure block with safe, off-street parking. Trendy 'Vida Café' Coffee is located at the entrance of the building, the local restaurants, bars and grocery store are immediately on your doorstep. Blouberg Beach is world renowned for its beautiful views of Table Mountain and for being one of the world’s best Kite Surfing locations. The promenade and endless white sanded beach is perfect for avid runners & cyclists. Please note: The views from the apartment/balcony are as per the photos provided. The view of Table Mountain itself can be seen from the swimming pool terrace or from the beach.

Being able to walk straight onto the beach/prom for a morning run and come back to a coffee from Vida-e-Caffe downstairs is my favourite start to the day. Bloubergstand is a suburb of Cape Town along the shores of Table Bay, 15 km due north of the city centre of Cape Town. The name Bloubergstrand literally means "blue mountain beach" in Afrikaans, and is derived from Blaauwberg, a nearby mountain. Bloubergstrand is mainly a residential area and attracts a large numbers of visitors. The beach at Bloubergstrand is a popular location for a classic view of Table Mountain across the bay and for extended promenade walks/runs/cycles. Robben Island is located 6,9 km west of the coast of Bloubergstrand. The friendly atmosphere is more relaxed than the hustle-and-bustle of town, welcoming your slops/flip-flops, casual attire and smiles. There are plenty schools an stalls offering water/outdoor activities, additionally, Blouberg is known for its "Kite Beach" which is a playground for Kitesurfers and Windsurfers from all over the world. In fact, the beach immediately in front of the apartment hosts the annual Redbull King-of-the-Air competition. From shopping malls to grocery stalls to live music bars to pharmacies to doctors to restaurants to public transport - it's all here in Blouberg.
