We definitely have the nicest 270 degree view of the bay, the atlantic and and even the beach. The sun sets behind Karbonkel Berg which makes Chapmans Peak and the mountain range of Table Mountain glow in a dramatic orange
Our area ( about 200 properties high up above the harbour)
is very nice. On the way up the mountain, you will be driving through the old fishing village for only 1 block.that's been there for many generations.
