Bethesda Mountain Lodge is for the bird watcher, hiker and those drawn to nature. Situated in De Wildt, 14km from Hartbeespoort and 20km from Pretoria, Bethesda Mountain Lodge features self-catering accommodation with hiking routes which boasts mountain views. The Magalies Mountain peak is easily accessible from the established, marked hiking routes on the farm, with a spectacular view of Hartbeespoort Dam from the top. Each unit has a queen size bed on ground floor level, with a loft that hosts two single beds. All units are fitted with an outside braai area. The interior is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and sitting area. The bathroom has a shower. Bed linen and towels will be provided. Guests will be welcomed by our receptionist and lodge manager which will provide guidance in getting around the farm. The nearest airport is Lanseria (Johannesburg) Airport, a 40-minute drive from the property. Nearest tourist attractions are Cradle of Humankind (3km), Ann van Dyk Cheetah Centre(5km), Elephant Sanctuary Hartbeespoort(19km). Hartbeespoort Dam Snake and Animal Park(16km), Aerial Cableway Hartbeespoort (13km), Hartbeespoort dam(14km), Chameleon Village(16km) and Sun City(110km).
