A quite cul de sac just listen to the waves. A private courtyard to relax and enjoy the sun or shade. The holiday home or apartment is on the ground floor of my house, but completely private.
Very quite and in a security complex with electric gate, but just a 5 minute stroll to beaches and restaurants. Superb shopping facilities near by. Grocery shops in walking distance. 22 km on a straight road to Cape Town city centre or the very popular V&A Waterfront. This can also be reached by the My City Bus.
