Dolphin Bay Boutique Hotel and Spa is located across the beach in Summerstrand in Port Elizabeth. It offers an outdoor pool and most of the rooms have sea views. The rooms are equipped with a desk, a fan and tea-and-coffee making facilities. The bathrooms come with a bath or shower and free toiletries. Some of the rooms have a private balcony.
