Beautiful fully furnished & equipped Apartment nestled in Carlswald on a 6 Hectare property placing you in one of the most comfortable, quiet and relaxing areas in Johannesburg. Set in a beautiful country setting this very safe and gorgeous apartment boasts 2 balconies with a braai and stunning views. A large kitchen with stove and air fryer for convenience. It offers a bar to relax after a long days work. The dining table can be easily removed to open a pool table to enjoy. A cozy TV lounge with a large comfortable sofa allows you to relax in peace. The TV room has its own air conditioning unit. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, with memory foam mattress ensuring the most wonderful sleep, the bedroom has its own seating area and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has office facilities with fast free internet to ensure you can be at your most comfortable ideal for working from home or in between meetings. WIFI and Airconditioning are throughout the apartment. A double carport, Generator and adjacent garden with Donkeys on the property finishes off this style of living. This would suit corporates, professional's and couples looking for peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The area is secured and extremely safe.

The property is conveniently located less than 5 mins away from Kayalami Grand Prix Circuit, the Mall of Africa and a 15 minute drive from Sandton City. Kyalami Country Club and Country Club Johannesburg are all within a 10 minute drive. The area has no noise ensuring the most peaceful stay. Kyalami Corner and Carlswald Shopping Centre are all within 2 mins for convenience. Guests are able to walk around the property and enjoy the beautiful views and the two donkeys living their best life. Various Bars and Eateries are all nearby.
