A newly renovated unit that is spacious, comfortable and close to everything. The unit is open plan with a comfortable bed, a place to sit and a small kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. The unit is locate in a secure estate with 24/7 security. The location is ideal. The wine tram stop is less than a minutes walk away and a 10 minute walk from the centre of town.
