'C' Cottage is a family home consisting of two floors. There is a living area on the top and ground floor with TV and DSTV available on both. There is free uncapped Wifi. The rooms are light and airy with curtains and tiled floors. Some bedrooms open onto a deck with views of the river. There are two bathrooms and a guest toilet, both bathrooms have showers and one has a bath. The house provides linen and bath towels. NOT beach towels. The kitchen is well equipped for family cooking. There is also a kitchenette on the ground floor with a bar fridge and chest freezer. A large braai area is available with a built in braai and a Weber. There is parking available outside the property but not undercover. The Bushmans River is 500m from the house, there is a slipway to launch a boat, the sea is 1km along the road in front of the house. The blue flag Kenton swimming beach is 3km's away. This is equipped with life savers and public toilets The house is serviced daily by Joyce, she cleans the house and does the washing and ironing, this is not included in the rate.

The house is situated in the old part of Bushmans, it over looks the Bushmans River onto the Kenton side. It is close to the slipway where all the boats are launched and a short walk to the sea beach.
