It’s the second-highest home and has spectacular sea and mountain views, overlooking the entire Constantia Valley. It is close to modern shopping malls like Constantia Village and has easy access to all the main attractions the Cape has to offer. The Villa is close to four world-class Golf courses, 10 minute’s drive to the V&A Waterfront and City Bowl, 20 minutes from Llandudno Beach, and 30 min drive to the airport.

Constantia Valley is the birthplace of Africa's wine farming industry, which began over 300 years ago, and boasts nine fabulous wine estates all nearby. Beu Constantia, which is within walking distance has one of Africa’s best restaurants, Chefs Warehouse Beau Constantia is one of only five restaurants in South Africa to receive the accolade, hailing it as a 'world-class destination. (The Eat Out and World's 50 Best Discovery accolades follow a coveted 'Three Plate' award from the 2023 JHP Gourmet Guide in October). Also within walking distance is La Colombe, which was voted Best Restaurant in Africa and the Middle East and 28th Best Restaurant in the World by UK Restaurant Magazine. Other wine farms nearby are Constantia Uitsig, Groot Constantia, Klein Constantia, Steenberg and Buitenverwachting which all have top restaurants. A short distance from Constantia is the world-famous Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens, where summer picnics and sunset concerts are the norm.
