Experience the old world charm of this beautifully refurbished original Victorian home from 1905, perfect for friends or families. Enjoy stunning views of the Twelve Apostle Mountain range and Atlantic Ocean. Plate glass sash windows overlook intimate Beta Beach, a haven for sun seekers. Relax in wing chairs for ocean views or on the large leather sofa with satellite TV. Double doors lead to a terrace for al fresco dining. Steps down to a sun terrace reveal a solar heated pool and BBQ area with six sun loungers, ideal for sunset views with wine. Three bedrooms, each with mountain and sea views and en-suite bathrooms, offer comfort and air conditioning. Two rooms feature queen beds, one a twin/king option. Bathrooms include one with bath and shower, and two with showers. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy catering. The apartment is fitted with a carbon water filter. There are approximately 30 stairs leading to the property and would not be suitable for people with walking ailments. LOAD SHEDDING BACKUP Powered:All of the lights, the entertainment, wifi including the fridge, and the plugs in the lounge. Hours are usage dependent. Not Powered:All the plugs in the kitchen do not work during loadshedding. The airconditioners and the geysers are also excluded from the power backup. HOUSEKEEPING Mon - Sat excluding Sun and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request. CHILD POLICY This home does not accommodate children under 12.
