The Villa is situated on prime location on the Estate, close to main swimming area, putt-putt course and children’s play area, phenomenal scenic walkways, only a 5 minute walk to Rennies beach via the Sunset Trail, the Waggon trail to Rennies beach boat launch area, and the river Jetty.

Caribbean Estates is fortunate that it's located on the South Coast with tons of stuff to do in the area. However you do not have to leave the Estate to have a great time. It has plenty to do on the Estate, from nature walks, wildlife, fishing, to birding etc. If you tire of nature, you can play tennis, swim in one of 3 pools, watch your kids playing on the jungle gym and swings or you can treat yourself to a luxurious spa treatment at La Vita Spa.
