Ground floor corner garden unit with a patio. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV in the lounge with a DSTV hotel package, an equipped kitchen. Linen & Towels are hotel quality and are fresh on arrival. The main bedroom has an ensuite with a shower and air conditioner with all other rooms having ceiling fans. There is a 2nd family bathroom with a bath/shower. A gas braai on the patio with privacy overlooks the garden and canal nearby with a mini pool a few meters away. The unit is fitted with a stand-by Invertor system for load shedding - lights and television The estate has its own bore hole water system and a purification plant 24/7 The estate has a backup generator for essential services, especially common area lights for safety and security.
