This newly built home is in Clanwilliam Hills Security Complex overlooking Clanwilliam Dam. The house consists of: 3 dbl bedrooms with own bathrooms, open plan Kitchen and Living area, patio with built in braai and splash pool. In total the house accommodates 6 people. For a break away from city its the ideal holiday house with all the comforts, WiFi and Inverters.
Very private situated in a security complex on the dam with lots of space for a child to play. Beautiful waterwise garden. Full DSTV. Splash pool as well as an outside shower. WiFi provided as well as Inverters to keep the lights on.
Beautiful view of the Cederberg mountains and uninterrupted views overlooking Clanwilliam Dam, a short distance to the Town for shopping and interesting historical sites: rooibos tea tasting, mountain climbing, hiking, bosman paintings and the old prison of Clanwilliam.
