Enjoy this peaceful, homely and centrally-located secure space! This cozy, garden-facing backyard cottage is in a home within a secure boomed off area. Power back-up system (No load-shedding) Walking distance to a shopping center. Enjoy restaurants and facilities - Mall of Arica-2.5km; Kyalami Grand Prix 3km; Kyalami Cnr 4km; Gallagher Conference Centre-6km; Main access gate is shared between the guest and my family, with the guest having own remote. Own access to standalone Cottage.
