It is a requirement that all guests provide proof of identification in order to receive room keys. Guests may use their valid ID, driver's licence or passport as proof of identification. Failure to do so may result in occupation of your booking not being permitted.
This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking greater than 13 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking.
Please note that the House Keeping is done half day service on Saturdays and NO Service on Sundays or Public Holidays.
