Damage Protection This property is protected by LekkerGuest, a trusted travel reputation and protection platform. Guests are required to either pay a R600 non-refundable damage waiver fee (which provides R7,500 in accidental damage cover) OR have a R5,000 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to access the property. After booking, LekkerGuest will send you a verification link to complete the process. If you choose the refundable security deposit option, please note that a R47 service fee will be charged by LekkerGuest. This fee covers the cost of verifying your booking and ensuring the property’s protection. LekkerGuest is designed to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for all guests. Although the damage waiver or deposit hold is processed 1 day before check-in, we recommend completing your LekkerGuest verification as soon as possible to avoid any delays or complications with your stay. POLICIES: Elements issues fines for noise transgressions. No smoking is permitted in the property. No parties. We require all outstanding processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350 In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply. ABOUT: This amazing bush villa in the magnificent Waterberg area consists of the main house that sleeps 8 with 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite) and an outside cottage with a double bed and 2 bunk beds - ideal for kids. It also has an inverter and an open plan living area flowing onto a patio and sparkling pool (no net) with a fire pit to enjoy in the evenings. CLEANING: Daily cleaning included except on Sundays and Public Holidays. LOADSHEDDING: To assist during loadshedding this property has a gas stove and an Inverter (powers lights, TV and fridges).
