You'll wonder if you're in the country at this peaceful and centrally-located home. The path to Fernpark Cottage is across lush lawn to where it is nestled in the corner of our beautiful garden surrounded by big trees. Enjoy a sundowner on the patio or work out the days frustrations in the gym. We have solar power and the Cottage is serviced Monday to Friday. We look forward to welcoming you to Fernpark Cottage & sharing our home with you.
We love hosting and sharing our beautiful home and meeting new people. We have lived in the area for almost 24 years and love how central it is. The Suburb is a combination of beautiful big old properties, newly constructed complexes, shops, schools and churches. Easy access to Sandton, Gautrain, N1 highway, Sandton and Olivedale Clinics. We look forward to personally welcoming you to Fernpark Cottage and are available for any questions, queries or info via messages or if we happen to meet in the garden.
Ferndale is a wonderful combination of beautiful big properties with big trees and lush gardens, new complexes, older properties, shops and churches. We also have some beautiful parklands and our Residents Association is both highly active and proactive. Uber is readily available in our area as well as other taxi services. The Gautrain bus stop is close, Sandton Gautrain Station is just 6.4kms away giving you access to Pretoria and OR Tambo Airport with other stops along the way. We can also arrange other shuttle services to the airports if that suits your needs better.
