Fever Tree Guesthouse is fully equipped to ensure its guests have no need to leave the comfort of the Guesthouse. Warm hospitality in the heart of Assagay/Alverstone, all will find this a haven of relaxation and tranquility amongst the spectacular landscape. When it comes to our bedrooms, we are proud to say we offer something a little more special. Our bedrooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and all en-suite. Each room sleeps 2 guests. All rooms have air-conditioners with cold and heat settings. Beds have electric blankets for winter, 100% fine cotton percale (200 thread count) linen and thick hyper allergenic microfiber duvets and pillows. Fever Tree Guesthouse has its own Feline residents Charlie & Patches who can be found sunning themselves on the veranda daily, as well as our Canine GSP Family. They are not allowed in the Guests bedrooms, and are always up for a loving pat. If this is a problem, we can always refer you to a Pet-Free B&B nearby. Our closest Industrial Business Hub is Hammersdale, Cato Ridge & Westmead, making this the ideal stop-over for the Businessman. The nearest airport is Pietermaritzburg Airport, 51 km from the accommodation. Check in is between 14h00 and 19h00. We do not operate a 24 hr Reception. Late Check-in can be requested prior to arrival by arrangement only. Checking in after 19H00 will automatically result in an additional fee of R350. This fee is applied to cover the overtime of the Staff Member required to check-in the late arrival. No check-in will be made after 21h00. This is necessary to ensure the security, comfort, and well-being of other Guests. CHANGE OF ROOM If a booking is taken out for a specific room and the room reserved is required to meet a specific guest needs or rendered unusable via circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative room of similar quality.
