Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, walking distance to the popular Sanctuary beach. The garden flat (attached to our home, but completely private with own entrance and parking) consists of two bedrooms and a single bathroom with an open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Outside has bbq / braai facilities with a private small garden and a car parking space. It has access to the nearby sports club that has swimming pools, tennis court, squash court and sauna (100meters up the road) A solar and battery / inverter system ensures electricity 24/7.
We are a phone or text message away, should guests need anything.
The neighborhood is walking distance to the nearest beach, shop, coffee shop and petrol garage. Parking is behind a remote controlled gate.
