When Paul and Justine acquired the property in 2024, they envisioned transforming the unused upstairs space into a stylish, upmarket apartment. They aimed to create a modern, luxurious retreat highlighting the breathtaking mountain views.

Perfectly central, the apartment is just minutes from renowned wine farms, scenic hiking trails, and top mountain biking routes. As an avid cyclist, Paul is happy to share route recommendations or serve as your guide. The vibrant Lourensford Market (Friday evenings & Sundays) is just a 5-minute drive away, while Strand Beach is reachable in 10–15 minutes. Stellenbosch is a quick 20-minute trip, and you can reach Cape Town CBD in about 30 minutes. The apartment is perfectly located for the FNB Wine2Wales (W2W), The ABSA Cape Epic and the SA Ladies Golf Open. It is only a 10-minute bicycle ride to Lourensford. There is plenty of space for secure bike storage on-site and access to water and cleaning materials if required.
