Welcome to the beautiful, newly renovated and newly refurbished Le Maree Holiday Home. Modern, beautifully renovated 3 bedroomed home with elegant interior design elements and comforts. The master bedroom is fitted with a comfortable king-sized bed and ample cupboard space including a fitted smart television. The en suite bathroom is conveniently fitted with a bathtub & shower attachment suitable for younger children, spacious walk-in shower, toilet and handbasin. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and handbasin. The 2nd bedroom is fitted with a comfortable double bed, 2 nightstands with bedside lamps and the 3rd bedroom has a secure bunk bed with sufficient cupboard space in both rooms. Both the lounge and dining area have stacked doors with unobstructed ocean views. The lounge is fitted with neutral coloured, comfortable 6-seater couches. There is a large smart television with the full DSTV package and a fireplace for those cozy winter nights. The dining area is fitted with a spacious 6-seater dining table and chairs. Neighbourhood information

This beautiful, modern, newly renovated 3 bedroomed holiday home is located within the popular, secure, access-controlled estate of Hermanus Beach Club. Located within a few meters of the shoreline. There is a lovely grass patch located in front of the house which is great for picnics or for children to play. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom, dining area and open plan lounge and kitchen area have unobstructed ocean views. The patio area is fitted with a built in BBQ/braai area also looks out onto the beautiful Indian ocean. The patio area has a picnic table and two 3-seater picnic benches together with a patio umbrella for additional shade during those hot South African summer days. Booking at Le Maree affords access to an exclusive use, private road into Hermanus Beach Club. The last 100m before the main access gate of the Hermanus beach club estate is alongside an informal settlement. There are currently negotiations underway to relocate the residents to a different area. The private access road ensures that guests to Le Maree do not have to entrance gate.
