Beach Haven – sleeps 10 Beach Haven is a stunning, tastefully furnished, colonial style, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom holiday home that sleeps 10. The house is ideally situated in Ramsgate, with direct beach access via a beach gate, and is only about 50m to the beach via a pathway. The house has a beautiful landscaped garden as well as a double garage, alarm system, and quality finishes, including security shutters and a vast patio downstairs as well as one upstairs. As you enter the house you are welcomed by a spacious lounge, dining room and kitchen area with a bar on the side and is the ideal space for a large family gathering. The open plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped for self catering and includes a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in the scullery area, as well as a gas and electric stove. The house boasts unlimited Wi Fi (fibre) with a smart TV, as well as a built in braai and a large patio off the lounge area with patio furniture provided for your comfort. There is a back up electricity supply system in place for the Wi Fi, TV and alarm system, during load shedding, as well as a plumbed in water tank, in case of water outages. There is a guest toilet as well as a study with 3 built in desks and a sleeper couch off the lounge, so it is the ideal space if you need to work while on holiday. Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms, of which the first and third bedroom have a double bed as well as 2 single beds, and the middle bedroom has 2 single beds. Two of the bedrooms have en – suite bathrooms. Ramsgate is a small seaside resort town in KwaZulu- Natal South Coast, about 20 kilometers south of Port Shepstone. Margate town is made up of many shops, including beach, arts & crafts shops, restaurants, pubs and night clubs. Ramsgate is next to Margate which is best known for its’ beautiful coastline and blue flag beach with a swimming pool right on the beach. It’s also the only town along the South Coast to boast its’ own freshwater Olympic sized pool. Ramsgate is also home to the Famous Waffle House amongst many other local attractions.
