Park 2 cars in the garage and 4 outside. 2 min drive to Langeberg Mall and 5 min to Diaz Beach – your ideal retreat awaits! The space The ground level includes 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 single bed room), a full bathroom, double garage and garden. Up the stairs you enter into the entertainment space including the dinning room, patio, lounge, kitchen, scullery and guest toilet. On this same level is the main bedroom (double bed) and full bathroom. In the lounge is a 3/4 sleeper couch bed raised off the floor for the 6th guest. The house is a duet so it shares a wall with another house, however it’s completely private. Guest access House number 3b. The Keys are provided in a black box next to the front door. Other things to note This is a house in a lovely safe area called Island View in Mossel Bay itself. When a new house is built it’s natural for snags to crop up once it takes occupation. You may be amongst the very first guests to stay and therefore we ask for your kind patience should something like the shower not drain properly for example.
