Affiliated with the Warwick Group of Hotels this lodge offers visitors and conference delegates the perfect escape from the hectic pace of modern living. Situated in the North West Province; just 21km from Sun City, Kedar is built on a portion of Boekenhoutfontein, the historic farm that once belonged to President Paul Kruger. The land around Kedar has been game fenced and is populated with a wide variety of game – making it a dream destination for nature lovers! Kedar is also the ideal venue for functions, weddings, and conferences, and can cater for up to 100 guests. Accommodation is offered in 66 African-themed stone and thatched rooms and suites, all of which are decorated with vibrant, hand-painted ethnic print fabrics and African artworks – reflecting Africa’s treasures. Facilities include the renowned Paul Kruger Country House Museum, Kedar Spa in the Country, themed restaurants, a large swimming pool and private game drives.
