The House is situated on top of a hill at 125m above sea-level (steep road, we advise to come by car). It is a recently erected new house with 3 guestrooms for maximal 6 guests at the LGF of the house with private entry and access to garden, deck and pool. A communal fully equipped kitchen and dining area is available for self catering breakfast and light meals as well as a laundry/scullery. A Battery back up system is installed.The high quality furniture and amenities are brand new. An open courtyard is accessible from the breakfast room with a nice water feature to relax and/or find shelter on a stormy day, hence enjoying the sun.
