A lovely spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is on the 3th and highest floor. No need to take the stairs. There are 2 elevators for you to use. The apartment has a nice big balcony with a braai (BBQ) and patio furniture. Free Wifi, and full DSTV package (satellite) as well as a CD/DVD player are there for you to make your stay even more pleasant. Safe FREE parking at the parking garage. From there you walk indoors into the reception area where the security will register you. The Apartment building and the Lagoon Beach Hotel are connected to each other without having to go outside. The Wellness Spa is at the 3rd floor as well as the roof top swimming pool with a big sun deck, if you don't feel like the sitting at the swimming pool next to the Hotel bar.
We are a family of 3. Originally from the Netherlands. But we have been living in South Africa since October 2004. And after all those years we still love living here in the Western Cape. If it will be up to us we will never leave this country. We love the lifestyle of the South Africans. People love socializing and especially they love to braai (bbq).
Milnerton Golfclub is right around the corner (400 meters). Every Saturday and Sunday you can have a look for bargains at the Milnerton Flea Market. Leave your car at the garage, because it is not more than a 3 minute walk. Both the V&A and Artscape Opera house are around 15 minute drive from the apartment. Of course depending on the traffic...
