The style of the cottage is quaint & homely and equipped to enjoy a comfortable stay . A charming, self-catering cottage, tucked away in a small, tranquil garden with a swimming pool. There is free wifi ( including an UPS during power outages) . The swimming pool is wonderful to enjoy in the Summer after a busy day sightseeing. We have lounges to relax in , and a peaceful hammock. There is a barbecue available, and we will set it up , on request. The cottage is close to the beach and on the edge of a Nature Reserve for enjoyable walks. The Kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, hot plate, slow cooker , refrigerator, pots, crockery & cutlery. There are spices, oils, coffee, tea and milk to be enjoyed. There is also an original butlers sink. There is an en suite bathroom that has a cosy corner bath, and a shower above the bath. Basin and toilet included. The bedroom area is quiet and comfy. The queen size bed has pure cotton sheets and duvet covers. Good bedside lighting & extra blankets. The lounge area has comfy chairs , a day bed , and a lovely wood burner for cold winter nights and a fan if it very hot . There is a television, puzzles , games , and books for your entertainment. The view out to the garden and pool is pretty and tranquil . Unfortunately no stag parties, hen parties, parties or entertaining and strickly no smoking. The style of the cottage is quaint & homely and equipped for a comfortable stay. We live next to a Nature Reserve , where you can enjoy lovely walks , and even walk through to the beach . We have a great Love for Life. I enjoy art, travelling, gardening entertaining and the outdoors . We are family orientated, love pets, and enjoy hosting. My husband is a professional session musician, composer and performer. He is also a keen photographer and astrophotographer.

A quiet, safe town on the coast, ideal for swimming and outdoor adventures. Close to attractions, outdoor nature walks, charming restaurants, delightful coffeeshops and a golf course. We are close to Kalk Bay , Simonstown, Muizenberg ,Cape Point Nature Reserve, Boulders Beach ( well-known for the penguins), Silvermine , and a great swimming beaches .
