Leopard Tree Cottage is a brand new listing, perfectly located in the heart of Franschhoek village, with its wide range of gourmet restaurants, art galleries, boutique shops and wine tasting all within walking distance. It comprises two spacious bedrooms ensuite, TV, a fully equipped modern kitchen, spacious living area and an outdoor plunge pool with deck and braai area. High speed WiFi, a large smart TV, solar panels to minimise inconvenience during load shedding and off street parking.

The Cottage is situated in one of the oldest streets in Franschhoek. It is quiet and accessible to all shops and restaurants in the Main Road, just two streets above.
Parking in the Main Road is free and very accessible.
